I came home from work and found that my old furnace was not working. It was below freezing outside, cold inside, and getting colder. I called Blue Frost, the technician came out that night, confirmed that the old furnace was dead, and less than 23 hours later my house was toasty warm from a new furnace. Wow!

Cleaned and check ac system cleaned cond coils capacitor is in the process of failing also compressor is in the process of failing explained to customer both units are in very poor condition customer requested est left est on new furance and ac system
Discovered secondary completely rotted out,I showed customer cracks in secondary heat exchanger explained unit is unsafe to operate,customer decided to replace heat exchanger I strongly recommended to replace furance explained to customer new heat exchanger will crack again just a matter of time tech return for this Thursday between 11- 1 to replace heat exchanger need to collect 1800.00 when completed. Replaced primary and secondary heat exchanger,cycled unit discovered unit going off on code 41 when kick into second stage which is blower motor has ramped up 250 rpm check all wiring connections checked module, customer might have interment problem with circuit board some times it completes the cycle other times it does not cycled furnace multiple times could not get cold to appear again co reading was 0 ppm,

Installed Trane XB90 80,000 BTU 4 Ton Drive Furnace. Tested operation and checked for any and all leaks. Hauled old equipment away. 10 year parts 1 year labor warranty.
S/C no heat. Found the pressure switch stuck closed. Installed a new pressure switch, .50"wc. Cycled the furnace with normal operation. Hose and port are clear. Everything is working at this time.
S/C no heat. Found the roll-out on burner box tripped. Reset switch. Has nothing to do with the ignitor replacement from January. Customer replaced concentric vent screen recently. Furnace is venting properly. If problem persists, the roll-out switch will have to be replaced. Everything is working at this time.

Installed TUD2B100A9362A Trane XL80 2-Stage furnace. Replaced flue up to chimney. Sealed chimney. Checked for proper operation and gas leaks. Installed Trane XR 13 Condenser and ADP Coil. Cycled system. Installed digital programmable thermostat and Aprilaire Merv 11 Air Cleaner 1110 10 year parts 1 year labor warranty.
Had shop make a new chimney cap. Installed a new chimney cap, secured with zip screws.
Furnace clean and check. Cleaned the flame sensor and burners. Checked the draft inducer motor, flue pipe, pressure switch, ignitor, gas valve, circuit board, and the blower motor. Vacuumed the furnace cabinets. Everything is working at this time.
S/C Blower noise. Found the furnace wiring diagram inside the blower wheel. Removed the paper, everything is working at this time.
